How it works

The first step to take to join the Affiliate Program, is to become a registered user on our website.
To become a registered user, click on the “Register” button and proceed by using an ID and Password of your choice.
The account that will be created is a common user account. So, potentially, all users can become affiliates and generate an income when the visitor that is referred to the website buys any of the services offered on our website.

Register on our website as any other user
Visit aptrademarks.com and create an account. It is extremely easy. Click on the “Register” button and provide an ID and Password.

Generate your affiliate link
After creating your account, and being logged in, go to the Affiliate URL Generation page by clicking on this link: https://aptrademarks.com/referral-url-generator/.

On this page you will be able to grab and use the general “Referral URL” link connected to your specific account/account ID that, in the picture here below, as an example, is https://aptrademarks.com/Pref=aptrademarks. In your specific case the “referral URL” will be https://aptrademarks.com/Pref=yourcreatedID.

This general Referral URL leads the potential buyer to the website. You will use this general Referral URL when you intend to promote any of the services the website offers.

Alternatively, you can use the Referral URL Generator, to generate a “Landing page link” which is a link to a specific service offer as in the following picture.

In this case you:

1. Select the service you want to promote.

2. Copy the link/URL to such service offer page.

3. Insert such link/URL in the “Landing Page Link” text box.

4. Generate the Affiliate URL by clicking on the green “Generate URL” to that specific offer.

Now what?

Start promoting
After you have grabbed you referral link, use it to invite people to visit our website.
If someone purchases a service using your link, you’ll earn 10% commission.

Withdraw your earnings anytime
Your commission amount will appear in your account balance right after the sale is completed by the referred person. You will be abelt to withdraw the earnings at any time.

Reach your affiliate reports
Once you have become registered on our website, over your account icon, and select “Payments” from the drop down menu.

Once you click on “Payments”, to view the report about your activity as an affiliate, you will be brought to the following page where you will click on “Affiliate Reports”.

How to withdraw commissions
Once you have accrued commissions, you will see it in the balance as in the following picture.
To withdrow your money click on “Withdraw Money”, and your money will be sent to the PayPal account you have provided as a withdrowal method.

This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as to protect APtrademarks.com and our customers. Using the affiliate program makes you binded to the terms of this agreement.

We review and moderate all affiliate registrations, and we appreciate your accurate and honest information!

Commissions and payouts

You’ll earn a sweet 10% commission when a customer purchases a new APtrademark.com service using your referral link. Here’s the breakdown of earnings for an typical product we sell, that is the Application for Trademark Registration for $450:

• Service sells for $450 – you earn $45

Affiliate commissions are in USD.

We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases. We do not offer recurring referrals.

Here are the details of our program in summary:

• You’ll receive 10% commission for every new sale you refer.
• There is no minimum or maximum payout balance requirement (we pay in USD).
• Referrals are paid out withdrowal.
• Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).

Referral cookie lifetime

When a potential customer clicks on your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser to track your referral. The cookie is then stored for a generous 180 days to give your referred customers time to decide if they wish to purchase any service on APtrademarks.com, or ask us any pre-sale questions they may have.

A referral won’t be awarded if:

1. The customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)
   
2. The customer purchases after 180 days (because the cookie will expire).

Affiliate news and updates

By becoming an affiliate you agree to receive emails from Aptrademarks.com. These emails will be sent to affiliates only, on an ad-hoc basis, and may include important information regarding the APtrademarks.com affiliate program. These emails will also provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote APtrademarks.com service offers. As an affiliate you may be privy to embargoed or time-sensitive information in these emails (this information may only be promoted after an embargo is lifted). And we won’t spam you, ever – promise!

Affiliate application rejection

We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason. We also reserve the right to choose whether we provide an explanation or reasoning for affiliate application rejection. Below are just a few reasons why an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):

• Affiliate applications for websites that sell, advertise or engage in pornography, phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices, or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright will be rejected.
  
• Affiliate applications for websites that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
  
• Affiliate applicants with websites that re-sell any of our products will be rejected.
• Websites considered inappropriate by APtrademarks.com will be rejected.

Inappropriate websites:

The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity, including (but not limited to), hacking, cracking, nulled, and warez sites. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether or not to provide a rejection reason.

Questions regarding your application

When you apply to become an affiliate we may email you at the email address you have supplied with some questions regarding your application. This may be because:

• We didn’t understand something in your application, or,
  
• We’d like to learn a bit more about how you will promote APtrademarks.com and need a little more detail.

If we reach out to you and we haven’t heard back within 7 days, your application may be rejected. If your initial application is rejected, you are welcome to reapply to become an affiliate and provide us with more detail for reconsideration.

Dormant affiliate accounts

We encourage all of our affiliates to actively promote APtrademarks.com to keep earning referrals. If we can help you come up with ideas on how to promote APtrademarks.com, please let us know – we’re here for you!

Allowed and super cool promotional methods

How you promote APtrademarks.com is reflected in the commission you earn! We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to APtrademarks.com and bring us legitimate, loyal customers. We love it when our team of affiliates blog about ways get a trademark registered.

Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:

We know you’ll understand. But here they are in writing just in case you’re not totally sure what is and what isn’t allowed.

• APtrademarks.com may not be promoted on coupon sites
  Customers who are searching for a coupon are already in the market for APtrademarks.com, so this method adds no value to APtrademarks.com.
  
• Any type of spam is prohibited
  Links, ads, emails, comments… any type of spam. Please respect the posting rules of any 3rd-party websites you use to promote APtrademarks.com. If we notice direct traffic coming from you your affiliate account will most likely be banned.  P.S. This is not an exhaustive list of spam methods; if we decide that your activity is spam, it’s spam.
  
• APtrademarks.com may not be advertised as “free” to use
  Customers who are searching for a free download of APtrademarks.com have already been introduced to our product, and tricking potential clients to click on your affiliate link with such deceptive tactics is prohibited.
  
• Reselling our source code is strictly prohibited
  We work very hard on developing our services, and if we become aware that our copyrighted material has been misused or stolen, such activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  
• Any illegal activity or activity deemed offensive by us is prohibited
  This may result in referrals being rejected and/or your affiliate account being deactivated. See above for allowed and super cool promotional methods!
  
• We’re flattered, but please don’t pretend to be professionally associated with APtrademarks.com
  Affiliates aren’t employees of APtrademarks.com or APtrademarks.com LLC and have no employee rights.
  
• Pretending to actually be APtrademarks.com is prohibited
  Cloning our site, copying our site, using our copyrighted site assets, and pretending that a site created by you is an official APtrademarks.com site is unethical and prohibited (this includes using services that automatically clone websites, or place them into iframes).
  
• Again, false promotion to customers that you are endorsed or operated by APtrademarks.com is prohibited (and super uncool).

Consequences of not-cool promotional methods

If your promotional methods step outside of these terms, your referrals may be rejected and we may disable your affiliate account. We reserve the right to do this and may or may not notify you in the instance that this occurs. Please use allowed promotional methods, and help us to help you succeed as an affiliate!

Inappropriate websites

The important stuff

By accepting these terms and conditions you are providing your non-legal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.

The affiliate relationship does not represent a professional or formal agreement, and as an affiliate you are not an employee of APtrademarks.com or APtrademarks.com, LLC. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and as a result may not take legal action against APtrademarks.com or APtrademarks.com, LLC.
